The Prince George’s County Board of Education officially welcomed Dr. Alvin L. Crawley as Interim Superintendent of Schools during today’s System Oversight Meeting.

Dr. Crawley’s first day in Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) was Tuesday.

“The Board of Education is excited that Dr. Crawley will join us in building a world-class school system,” said Verjeana M. Jacobs, Board Chair. “Prince George’s County Public Schools is fortunate to have someone with his expertise and passion leading our work.”
