Open forum: Help navigating the election ballot

With the primary election coming up, citizens in Laurel, Beltsville and College Park are trying identify the best candidates. With so many races, it can be confusing.

Barbara Mikulski and Congressmen Steny Hoyer and John Sarbanes, I've sent a sample ballot to local Democrats indicating which Democrats, at all levels, I support.
