Rescue crews are trying to revive a man who apparently fell off the boat docks at National Harbor, hit his head and may have been under water for 30 minutes.
Prince George's County fire department spokesman Mark Brady says emergency crews were called to the harbor just before 9 p.m. They located the man underwater about 9:20 p.m. He was unconscious and was not breathing.
